CPPD points: 5
Duration: 1 day, 10am – 4pm
Description: This 1 day workshop exploring colour and crystals is suitable for beginners, everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary.
Crystal and colour therapy are relaxing, non-invasive therapies that utilise the energy of natural crystals and the vibration of colour to bring about a positive and balancing effect on our physical, emotional and mental well-being. The effects of colour on our moods, health, thoughts and feelings have been studied by scientists for years. Crystals can be used for either their known healing properties or for their colour vibration.
What will I learn? This Journey into Colour & Crystals Workshop is an exciting, experimental and interactive journey into the powerful healing energies of colour and crystals. It will cover the theory of colour therapy and crystal therapy and how to use them at home to promote health and wellbeing. It will also provide students with the opportunity to participate in and learn a number of basic meditations and visualisations.
