As licensed 3*Parelli Professionals, David Zuend and Alison Jones are qualified and endorsed by Pat Parelli to provide a wide variety of services for you and your horse.

These include workshops, clinics, private lessons, saddle clinics, horse starting and foundation training at The Horse Place. And freelance coaching, distance coaching and demonstrations throughout the UK and German speaking regions of Europe.

David and Alison also work closely with 1* and 2* instructors hosting two Instructors Horsemanship weeks every year at The Horse Place and by inviting instructors to support and assist at workshops and clinics.

The Horse Place, situated on the stunning north Devon coastline with sea views from the field and arena with even a glimpse of Lundy Island, is the home to licenced 3* Parelli professionals David Zuend and Alison Jones.

Facilities at The Horse Place compromise of a glorious barn, 5 stables, and tack room, with plenty of working space. Shutting the doors make this barn a wonderful dry and still area for working and studying in. There is a 25 x 40m outdoor arena and an 8 acre play field. There is a small selection of jumps, both show jumping and cross country also play toys. We are very lucky to have fantastic scenery and some great attractions all at hacking distance or a short drive.

2012 Clinics:

1st and 22nd May, 12th June, 3rd and 24th July with David Zuend 5 Evening Workshops at Duchy College to take you through Level 3 online and freestyle covering everything you will need to submit your audition £70 per workshop or £300 for all five if booked and paid in advance.

26th May, with David 1 Day Workshop at The Horse Place Softness and Relaxation – working towards a soft pliable, relaxed happy horse in his body and mind. £120

8th 9th and 10th June David Ground Driving with Purpose at The Horse Place from one rein driving to full harness and dragging £405 including livery

5th July, 16th July, 16th August Alison 3 Evening workshops at Duchy College to take you through Level 2 Freestyle covering everything you will need to submit your audition £70 per workshop or £180 for all three if booked and paid in advance.

14th and 15th July 2012 Alison 2 Day Clinic at The Horse Place. Liberty- find the magical bond that can be achieved without restrictions when your horse truly chooses you £270 including livery

28th July Alison Hacking with Confidence. Spend the morning in the arena, building confidence and learning strategies to help you followed by a few hours hacking with Alison in the beautiful countryside around Hartland £120

11th and 12th August 2012 Alison 2 Day Clinic at The Horse Place. The Physical Side- learn more about what your horses body shape is telling you and tools on how to change this for the better. £270 including livery.

25th, 26th & 27th August David Western Weekend at The Horse Place. Learn roping skills – prepare your horse – get your freestyle riding solid, then put them all together. Includes knot savvy, western equipment savvy. £405 Including accommodation and livery.

17th to the 19th Sept & 21st to the 23rd Sept Alison Parelli on the Beach at Brean in Somerset. 2 x Level 3/4 Clinics, self catering accommodation and stabling with direct access to the beach £570 including accommodation and livery
