Food: Our delicious menu features organic & biodynamic ingredients where possible, including grass fed beef from Ford Hall Farm, an organic hog roast from Laverstoke Park Farm and porridge prepared by English porridge champion, Nick Barnard from Rude Health. Gluten/casein free and vegetarian meals are available.
Entertainment: Speakers and workshops from Europe and USA including Sally Fallon Morell. A dedicated exhibition area. Also a Saturday evening hog roast from Laverstoke Park Farm with music from DJ 78
