The Tranqui Retreat Special Ireland Alchemy & Qi Gong Summer Retreat is being held on Friday 27th July to Sunday 29th July 2012. The location is The Glore Mill Arts Centre, Co Mayo, Ireland. The price  for 3 Days is €130 - €335

This energising Alchemy & Qi gong Retreat is set in beautiful Ireland countryside in tranquil surroundings.

The Retreat will include teachings of Daoist Internal Alchemy & ShaoLin Qi Gong 8 Silk Brocade.

Taught by Shi XingFa of Big Heaven Little Heaven & Shi Xing Gao of QiGongWest. The retreat will focus on creating strength and balance through working on the inner elements of Fire & Water and deepening the relationship with the life force.

It is a great opportunity to escape for a short break to visit Ireland and experience healing & rejuvenation through Alchemy & Qi gong

There will be a varied Alchemy & Qi Gong training schedule to re-energise and re-balance in at Glore Mill which is surrounded by ring forts from the Iron Age.  

Creating new positive energy through the mind, body & spirit, giving a great feeling of well-being.

You will leave this retreat feeling rejuvenated, energised and peaceful.

• 14:30 – 17:00 Internal Alchemy training
