EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a simple and effective self-help technique and a therapeutic tool, sometimes known as “acupuncture without needles” or “tapping therapy”. It is one of the family of Meridian Therapies, which are part of the recent developments in Energy Psychology.
EFT combines stimulation of a series of acupressure points with cognitive restructuring (specially worded affirmations) that often leads to rapid positive shifts in thinking patterns and emotional issues. The basics of EFT can be learnt in minutes, and it can be applied to provide relief from a wide variety of emotional, mental and physical symptoms.
Masha Bennett teaches EFT in her individual style, whilst striving to stay consistent with EFT founder Gary Craig’s original concept and core principles. Her courses follow the guidelines set out by the Association for Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET), and also include additional material. The AAMET Practitioner certification is recognised by the UK insurers.

The importance of on-going support from your training provider
The support you receive from your professional training provider is incredibly important in terms of both your professional and personal development, not only only during your studies but afterwards.
What makes The Full Spectrum Centre™ (formally Chrysalis Therapy Training) different from many other therapy training providers? We are committed to excellence and quality of service and as such we go ‘the extra mile’ for our students.
In addition to offering support and guidance to our students before and during their qualification, we offer ongoing lifetime support once they have completed their qualification.
Many new students find the transition into the holistic therapy field a bit daunting as there are so many different types of holistic therapies available and many courses to choose from, which leaves them unsure of where they should start. They often find themselves at a cross-road and are confused as to which path they should take. The Full Spectrum Centre™ endeavours to make this transition as smooth as possible by providing sound advice and guidance as to the available options, so students can make their own educated and informed choice to help them along their individual path in their life journey.
